Alert | So what is everyone up to nowadays? I know it has been AWHILE! No, I'm not starting a clan or reviving one, nor am I interested in anything related. I just want to reconnect with old friends and see what everyone is up to. If you want, just add your reply below. If you can't login but remember your login ID, then just request for the password to be mailed to you...that is working now. Also if you don't remember your username, just email me your email address you think you registered on this site(if you got the email from me this is the address you should send me). Alert | Yes, I'm still alive, but I haven't been here in ages. for the record I don't ever plan on taking this site down. Means to much to me...good memories. Some great scrimmages...time on teamspeak...definitely what I consider the good ole days of gaming. I did just buy Bad Company 2 for the PC but no way I can dedicate the amount of time that I did before gaming. Hey, if any of you are on facebook, look for Ken McGhee and I'm the one with the swimmer pic with goggles around my neck. Usually that is my profile pic, if not, then look for me running, or biking, or something like that Just put in the message to add as friend that you are from wow and what your wow name is/was. I would have been on here sooner but I was too lazy to reset my password on the database...well, I finally did. I'm also going to fix the email server issue so you will actually get password reminders...yes that failed me as well when I wanted my reminder Biggest news: I have 4 boys and we are expecting our 1st girl this July. This October will be me and MadameBlueberry's 10th anniversary I lost 50 pounds last year and I'm working on losing another 30 at least. I got bitten by the triathlon bug and now I'm a mad crazy always training psycho. God is still Lord of my life. Justy (Ken)

Alert | Yeeaaah it's been a while. I'm going to be getting the new bf myself so I'll have to look for you online sometime. Haynes still plays so we might be able to get a game together when you're not out running around.
Sadly things are mostly the same for me. My boy is almost 3 now, we have another boy one the way, that's gonna be lots of fun. Just surviving like always, but still loving the life I am able to have.
I'm on Twitter (dezine) and Facebook (facebook.com/patrickbritton) and xfire (kaffeine) feel free to add me to your friends lists.
Still friends with Haynes even though he's a total no0b. ;-)

Alert | Hah, I knew you'd post about your running/swimming/mountain climbing when I saw that email. It has been a hwhile since I last posted here. Since that time I have: Graduated college with a bachelors. Found a job. Found another job because the first one stopped paying me money in exchange for my work. Spent time unemployed. Found a third job as a web developer in Grand Rapids, MI, where I am happily sitting now posting this while I should be getting things done. I also spend much less time gaming these days, there's just too many things that need doing. Oh! I also have an offer in on what will (hopefully) be my first house, a sprawling 3500 sq. foot farm house that I can only afford because it's in the process of being forclosed. Also Ken since I see you on facebook all the time I hope other folks wander around, otherwise this will end up being pretty redundant. Edit: Pah! Beaten by Dezine, making that last line redundant all by itself...

Alert | Hi All, Wow, how many years has it been? Well, I was working at the local college, but they thought better of that and decided to outsource. Well, now they are thinking outsourcing isn't exactly what they wanted after all. I decided even though the economy was bad to give my network company a full go. It is holding it's own but still the economy hurts. One of my clients offered me a full time job out of the blue. It is just the infusion of cash I needed. The plan is to keep building the business at the same time and then eventually go full time when things get better. Would really love to get out of Chicagoland and down to Eastern Tennessee. Bought a couple of motorcycles, learned to dive and am now working towards divemaster cert. Got single again (iffn you all remember that story). Have thought about all of you over the years and it isn't the gaming I miss, it's the people. Justy, you can take all the gaming stuff off and we can just have forums, pray for each other and fellowship. You'll have to let me know how the new BF is, I wouldn't mind hopping on now and then to vent frustration :-)
God bless, -Sean (flyboy)

Alert | Howdy fellers. I think this means were officially old...when you start posting about the "good 'ol days" that's a sure sign of aging. Let's see...what's happened since I stopped playing BF2? I have four kiddos now...still in school (hopefully less than two years to go). Gaming, as with the rest of you, is a luxury that I haven't been able to indugle in as of late (although I recently got a new rig and have managed to sneak in a game or two of BF2 Project Reality and BF2 Forgotten Hope 2). What else can I say? God has been good.

Alert | hey fellas,
Me and my family are doing good also. My son is about 2.5 now and doing very well. I'm still riding motorcycles and loving it. Both me and my wife have experienced the blessing of keeping our jobs through these rough economic days, thank God. We will be celebrating 10 years of marriage in April! Oh, and we entered the minivan phase of life last summer... yes... we gave in but I have to say, that Honda company makes a dang nice van!
I've barely gamed that past couple years, and when I do it's on a 360. I got sick of forking out tons of money to keep my PC current enough to run new games so I just settled for a 360. It's still really fun to play, and pretty much everyone is on a level playing field, hardware wise.
I'm on Facebook too : Aaron Blough, in profile pic I have a white t-shirt on and a tan hat.
Nice to hear from some of you guys on here, I hope some more chime in!

Still in Noth Carolina. Starting a new job soon. Had been traveling WAY too much and am going to be able to be home much more often.
Would love to "friend" any of ya'll from the old days on Face Book. My profile link is: http://www.facebook.com/#!/ShaunNC (I believe that will get you there!) Just let me know you're from WoW!
Great to see all of the familiar names, so far, on this thread. Take care folks.

Alert | I got married in June 2009.
Photo: http://www.flickr.com/photos/austinspace/3646273806/
I got into Autocross and have been giving my good old Volvo its exercise. Photo
My wife (formerly sweetdeal/militant_llama, now Mrs. Yuck) and I still game, though not as much as we used to. We mostly play Team Fortress 2, but still play a bit of BF2 (I don't like the booster pack maps, and now that they are free, all the servers have them in rotation) She wants a Wii, which should be pretty fun.
She's graduating with her Nursing degree in a couple of months, and I'm graduating with my MIS degree in a year.

Alert | | Cool, it's been so long! My sister married Mr. Yuck there. God's been blessing my life in so many ways, I'm about a year and a half from my bachelor's in mechanical engineering at Washington State University. I've been talking about trying to get friends of mine to play BF2 again, although I'm not sure I can find it. Been playing some TF2, but mostly studying haha. Great to hear from everyone.

Alert | I ageree with FlyboyPa28r. I don't miss the gaming as much as I miss the laughs and support of the great people I've met here at ~w0w~.
For those out of the Haynes loop:
I have 3 kids. 2girls and 1 boy. I still work at the Casino, but now as a Slots Operations Manager (sounds better than it is). I have been making time to play at nights. The last game that intrigued me was Left4Dead2. For those who are looking for a great battle game I suggest Bad Company2. It's what is keeping my attention now.
I am glad to hear that those who posted above me are doing well and holding up in these times. I look forward to reading the posts after mine.

Alert | hiya peoples,
My daughter just crossed the 6 month old line, we bought a house, and wow, things have changed around here. I haven't really been playing much on the PC because I killed the vid card, then the mother board. She's up and running again, but then the hard drive died, hahaha. Maybe it was a sign. I've got her together with a new quad core and I actually had been playing Left 4 Dead until just lately when Mass effect 2 came out on the 360. I'm still running a gamestop, but I am definitely looking for a new career path. To help with that, I am taking courses online at the moment. It's good to see ya'll are still playing! I have been thinking about picking up BF Bad Co 2, but I really didn't care for the demo on the 360 and I couldn't find one for the PC. Well, hopefully catch up with ya'll soon

Alert | Hello all you Beautiful People!!!
Greetings from British Columbia, Canada! Ok, I tried to add most of you in Facebook with the info I see above and seems to take me to weird other peoples or the pics aren't there that I'm looking for so........ add me if you want
Facebook search: WillyDarrin Ostapowich
Still fixing Motorcycles, rode mine down the Oregon Coast last summer into Calif Redwoods, Idaho, Montana and back up to Canada.
Haven't been gaming much since the old days, as was mentioned it was as much about the fellowship as anything for me and I suppose I could have "clicked" in somewhere but...... ahh didn't bother.
Perhaps I could be dragged out now and again for a "reunion night" haa haa!!!
Oh ya, getting married in August so I'll instantly go from 2 girls to 5 in my life with two words!
Well, glad to read what you've all been up to, take care gang and I'll stop by now and again or perhaps see you on Facebook or MSN (yes I'm still there).

Alert | Amazing stuff, fellow wOwers! We (me, Reverie, and SirCantaloupe) are all well. I am still at Cisco working myself into an early grave, Rev is in Honolulu doing secret stuff for the Air Force and Sir C is working and living at home. I just bought Bad Company 2 and have played a few times online. It is an awesome game. Too bad I don't ahve time for it. I let SirC play under my ID and rack up points for me. I lost 40 pounds last year and gained back 30. I have no interest whatsoever in triathlons...too old, too busy, too fat, but I admire those that do. Oh to be young and fit again! Going to Hawaii in August to visit the Revster. Honolulu then on to my favorite rural wonderland, Kauai. I still play BF Bad Company under my old ~wOw~Adopted.Son name. Look for me if you play on the weekend. If I'm playing well, it will probably be my son.

Alert | Nice to see the website is still up, I checked a couple of months ago and couldn't connect and it was a little saddening. Even better all these familiar faces still here. I just bought bad company 2 and played the single player for about 30min before getting sick (haven't played an FPS in a couple years) but will keep trying.
I play mostly Age of Conan on the wicanna server, if anyone here plays that game they can send a shout to me at generalrage, otherwise you can contact me by sending me a PM to resurrection on the christiankeysmashers.com website. I check that place about twice a month but more often than any other (what's facebook? lol)

Alert | As for me, I ended up becoming unemployed. I've been looking for work for about a year and all but given up on finding a job in computer repair. I am currently living at home. I played a little BF2 recently but can't seem to get into online FPS anymore. However, I have been spending far too much time playing Fallout 3 recently. I may get BC2 eventually as well. Hopefully, I will find some work here shortly and get back to life as usual.

Alert | Hey, guys; great to see you all again.
I live in Colorado Springs now. Ran the fiction department for NavPress for awhile. Now I'm a freelance editor/writer and book doctor.
In 2008 I launched my own small publishing company. Marcher Lord Press (www.marcherlordpress.com) specializes in Christian speculative fiction (SF, fantasy, etc.). Come check us out. Our fifth list releases April 1, God willing.
I was still playing BF2 until February, when I got a new computer that runs Windows 7 64-bit. BF2 no workie. Haven't tried BF1942 on it--or any computer--in forever. Good times!
Miss you guys.

Justy, I am sure you are up for a few dog fights and bombing runs! All jokes aside its a blessing to see everyone doubly blessed, highly favored, and speaking the word of GOD! Hmmm, a lot has happened since we last touched base. So I will just share a few bullets.
- Married 9 years to an awesome wifey (she is actually in the yard planting bulbs in the flower beds) - We have a new church home. Greater Grace Tabernacle International here in North Charleston. - God recently blessed us with a new car!
